At the enthusiastic and dogged request of seventh grade students, we experimented with photography. I decided trick photography would be challenging, interesting, and fun. Students used Pinterest and other online resources to define and find examples of trick photography. Next, students found two partners and started exploring using a camera. They had to take two traditional (but creative) trick photos, followed by a photo in which someone "flies." It was a LOT of fun. Here are some great examples:
